SUBJECT: Office Hours / Rent Drop Box
Sylvester Housing Authority is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all our staff, residents, applicants, and vendors. To ensure we have a safe and healthy workplace, we have adjusted the operation for our office staff. Our goal is to mitigate the potential for transmission of the COVID-19 in our workplaces and communities.
For the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, Sylvester Housing Authority office staff hours will be Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. During this time, our offices will be opened to the residents and public by Appointments Only. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, the office staff will be teleworking from home during our regular business hours providing routine assistance to our customers.
Rent Drop Box: Starting today, the Drop Boxes will be available only when the office staff is in the office. During any other time, the Drop Boxes will not be available. Any payments or documents for our Drop Boxes will have to be done only when an employee is in the office. At the end of each day, staff will be removing the drop boxes and placing them on the inside of the office. This is only temporary until management install the new Drop Boxes.
