The Rural Development Office is located at 1005 East Franklin, Sylvester, Georgia. The office is open Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. There is a lockbox outside of this location where residents may submit their rental payments after hours.
Azalea Place
Azalea Place Apartments are located on Sumner Street. There are one- and two-bedroom floor plans and handicap accessible units. The units are equipped with central air and heating, refrigerators, and stoves. Units also come with washer and dryer hookups. This complex is single-story units only.
Kingsway I
Kingsway I Apartments are located on East Franklin Street right off the highway. The complex consists of 60 units. Unit layouts include one, two, and handicap accessible units. Kingsway I is a two-story complex with a half bath on the first floor and all bedrooms and a full restroom upstairs. Units are equipped with a stove, refrigerator, central heating and air, and washer/dryer hookups.
Kingsway II
Kingsway II Apartments is located on Pinson Street in Sylvester, GA. There are 12 units at this location, units with either a one-bedroom or two-bedroom floor plan. One-bedroom floor plans are single-story units, two-bedroom floor plans are town-home style. For two-story units, both bedrooms and one bathroom are located on the second story with a half bath on the first floor. All units are furnished with a stove and refrigerator and are equipped with washer/dryer hookups.
